Iron Mountain, looking over Watauga Lake in northeast Tennessee
All along the trail, leaves were bursting with color. This is part of the Appalachian Trail that winds along a ridge overlooking Lake Watauga. The air was so clean and cool and the colors were bright; I wish this kind of Fall lasted longer.
